Yellow Thammanoon - Water Lilies

Nymphaea “Yellow Thammanoon” Day blooming non-viviparous. Originated in the Orients. Will over winter in zones 9 to 11. Plants size is small. Flower is a semi-star shaped light yellow, 3” to 5” across. Leaves are straight green 4“ to 6“ across. Has about a 1.5’ to 3’ spread. Best to grow in 6” to 14” of water. Flowers are slightly fragrant and stand well above the waters surface. You can grow this one in a one, two or three gallon container. Good for earthen ponds as well. This is one good bloomer, one of the best bloomers there is and will work well for smaller applications. Will tolerate shade especially in hotter climates. Best to grow in full sun.
